McKinley’s 30+ years in business began at age 15 with his
own garbage-hauling enterprise. Today, Mike is president of a
multimillion-dollar educational publishing house and a
professional speaking and consulting business. Most recently,
Mike founded a pick-your-own flower and produce operation he
runs on his home estate. Every year, Mike draws on his
business expertise and over 20 years of speaking experience to
speak coast to coast at over 100 seminars, conventions,
in-house programs, and professional-association meetings.
He is the author of 4 books and has written numerous
articles about his 30+ years in business. As a cancer
survivor, Mike shares his message of maximizing your
