Robert Spector

Robert Spector is the author of The Nordstrom Way, the story of Nordstrom's culture of high quality and standard of customer service. He has written several other corporate histories, including the upcoming story of Kimberly-Clark. His other writing credits include USA Today, The New York Times, and ghostwriter for Dr. Joyce Brothers.
