Carolyn Warner

 

Carolyn Warner, President of Corporate Education Consulting, Inc. (CECI), has been active for more than three decades on both state and national levels as a respected and knowledgeable public policy and educational leader. Warner has a comprehensive understanding of the relationship of fiscal, social, political, and educational issues to key concerns of government, business, and the nonprofit sector. Warner is a congressional appointee to the National Skills Standards Board, an appointee to the White House Conference on Small Business, and serves as national treasurer of Jobs for America's Graduates, the nation's most successful school-to-work transition program. Warner served three terms (1974 - 1986) as Arizona's elected state superintendent of public instruction, the first non-educator ever to hold that post. Her unique perspective is strengthened by her 20-years of experience as a business owner prior to entering public service.
